• User profile: surname, firstname, othernames, date of birth, email, phone number
• Account data: usernames, passwords (securely hashed), roles, permissions
• School records: enrolments, attendance, reports, uploaded files
• Payments: transaction metadata from Paystack, Monipoint, Flutterwave, Opay etc.
• Technical logs: IP, device, browser info, cookies and analytics

• Provide, secure, and maintain the Service
• Process fees and subscriptions
• Enable integrations (Google Drive, WhatsApp, Firebase)

12. Payments

Handled by third-party processors; PIDASYS stores only non-sensitive metadata.
