1. Acceptance of Terms

By using e-Skoolify (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use it for an organization, you represent authority to bind that entity.

2. The Service

e-Skoolify is a School Information Management System provided by PIDASYS SOLUTIONS. We may update features periodically.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential login credentials.
• Schools manage roles (admin, teacher, parent, student).
• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with school policies.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not upload unlawful content, disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse data.

5. School Data & Privacy

Schools act as data controllers; PIDASYS acts as processor under school instruction and our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Integrations (e.g. Paystack, Monipoint, Flutterwave, Opay, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Firebase) follow their own terms and policies.

7. Fees & Billing

• Subscription fees apply per plan.
• Payments are handled via third-party processors.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

• PIDASYS owns software, designs, and trademarks.
• You retain rights to your content and license PIDASYS to use it only to operate the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the Service.

10. Security & Availability

We use reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete security.

11. Disclaimers & Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” PIDASYS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PIDASYS for claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of law/Terms.

13. Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, data are handled per our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes fall under Nigerian courts unless local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
